Train Sim World 7 Routes Hub
Three core railways at full launch, plus Japan's Tadami Line as a later add-on.
Train Sim World 7 is built around three core routes that Standard, Deluxe, and Ultimate editions all include. Yorkshire’s Airedale & Wharfedale Network is a branching commuter railway with a complete limestone freight flow. Florida Tri-Rail mixes South Florida passenger hours with CSX locals. Nürnberg–Würzburg stacks S-Bahn, regional, ICE, and Vectron freight on more than 100 km of German railway.
Full launch is 15 September 2026. Deluxe and Ultimate editions open five days of early access from 10 September 2026. The Tadami Line is not part of that core set. Union Workshop’s Japan add-on is dated 29 September 2026 and sold separately. Use this hub to compare the trio, then check the roadmap for Tadami and later layers.
If you have not finished Training Center, walk getting started before you pick a country. Edition choice still matters: Standard waits for 15 September, while Deluxe and Ultimate enter from 10 September and add three locomotives covered on deluxe locomotives.
Airedale and Wharfedale Network
The UK core route runs Leeds and Bradford to Skipton and Ilkley. The modelled railway is about 54 miles with 19 stations, Neville Hill depot, the Rylstone Quarry branch, and Hunslet East. The passenger layer is a July 2025 Northern timetable: five swapping diagrams rather than simple there-and-back turns. Class 331/0 and 331/1 cover the stopping work. LNER Class 801 Azuma appears in 5-car, 9-car, and 10-car sets, including 16 services that reverse at Leeds. Class 66s haul HYA limestone hoppers from Rylstone to Hunslet East.
Deluxe adds the Northern Class 333 fishbowl EMU. The route is Freight Hauler compatible. Scenarios include Sunday Shuttle, Midnight Train from Platform Zero, Calling in a Favour, Wagon Trouble, and Digital Detox, with Deluxe adding Call to Depot Duty, Divine Diversion, and Railway Roll Call. Florida Tri-Rail
The US core route runs Miami Airport to Boca Raton: more than 45 miles, 13 stations, and a little over an hour end to end. The BL36PH is the primary passenger locomotive. The F40PH-3C covers substitutions. Deluxe adds the GP49H-3. Rotem cab cars work northbound; locomotives face south. Southbound trains wait at a red at Metrorail Transfer until the FEC crossing clears. The last passenger of the day is a double formation, matching the real diagram.
CSX GP38-2s work locals. SD40-2s take heavier turns and Dura-Max rock hoppers. Freight covers about 18 hours of the clock, including wrong-road moves that force passenger trains to swap tracks. Scenarios include Welcome to Miami, CSX: Miami, Tonight’s the Night, Miami Metro, and The Heat, with Deluxe adding Mic Drop, Support Act, and Slo Rida. Nürnberg–Würzburg
The German core route is more than 100 km with 19 stations and 717 services. BR 440 works RE10 and RB53. BR 442 Talent 2 covers 333 S-Bahn and related turns. ICE 1 appears as BR 401. Vectron BR 193 handles about 100 freight diagrams plus RE19 double-deck passenger between Fürth and Nürnberg. Deluxe ICE 4 (BR 412) adds 32 extra ICE services in 12-car and 13-car formations.
Scenarios include Track Works Ahead, Put it on ICE, Square Dance, Back on Track, and Nighty Night, with Deluxe adding Point Break, ICE Skates, and Then and Now. Tadami Line is a later add-on
Tadami Line covers Aizu-Wakamatsu to Tadami in Fukushima Prefecture: 88 km, 28 stations, and the KiHa 40 DMU. It is the first Japan route in Train Sim World and Union Workshop’s first Train Sim World title. Price is £29.99 / €35.99 / $39.99. Tutorial, Journey, Route Tasks, Free Roam, and the livery, formation, and scenario tools ship with the add-on. Do not expect it in the Standard menu on 15 September 2026.
Which route first?
Yorkshire is the friendliest first cab if you want frequent stops and diagrams that swap branches during a shift. Florida is the pick if you want hourly commuter hours plus CSX switching. Nürnberg–Würzburg is the pick if you want mixed German traffic and a long corridor. Standard includes all three. Deluxe is the value if you want Class 333, GP49H-3, and ICE 4 plus those five early-access days.
